1. Digital Products & Subscription Access
AccessTool.in provides digital products and services that are delivered electronically and provide immediate access upon successful payment. Our offerings include:

- AI tools guidance and tutorials
- Live and recorded training sessions
Important: As our products are digital services with instant access upon payment, we generally follow a no-refund policy once access has been granted and content has been viewed or downloaded. 2. Refund Eligibility

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

6. Cancellation Policy
Our subscription plans provide 30-day access periods and are designed as follows:
- No Auto-Renewal: Your subscription does not automatically renew at the end of the 30-day period. You must manually repurchase to continue access. We will send a courtesy reminder email 3 days before your access expires.
- Mid-Period Cancellation: Since all plans are prepaid for 30 days, cancelling mid-period does not entitle you to a partial or prorated refund. You will continue to have full access to your subscribed services until the end of your paid period.
- Customized Plans: Cancellation and refund terms for customized, team, or enterprise plans may differ and will be outlined in your specific agreement or invoice.
7. Training Session Cancellations
For live training sessions included in the Expert plan or booked as standalone sessions:
- 48+ hours before session: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full reschedule or account credit
- Less than 48 hours before session: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling
- No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable
- Company-initiated cancellation: If we cancel or reschedule a session from our end, you will be offered a full reschedule at a mutually convenient time or a complete refund for that session
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Our team is committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.
Chargeback Notice: Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the immediate suspension of your account and restriction from future purchases. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe to be fraudulent or unwarranted, and may provide transaction evidence to your payment provider.
9. Currency & International Payments
All our prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international payments:
