5. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners:

• Stripe — Credit/Debit cards, international payments
• PayPal — PayPal balance, credit/debit cards
• Razorpay — UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, wallets
• Zoho Payments — Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking

By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor. Payments are due at the time of subscription purchase. Access is activated upon successful payment confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, prompts, strategies, training materials, tools, methodologies, and resources provided through our platform are the intellectual property of AccessTool.in and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws of India.

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to use the materials solely for your own marketing purposes. You expressly agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your account access with others
